Is this a sign of impotence ?

I've been doing NoFap now for 2 and half years . Failing at that . 4 days max.

Thinking about it for the past few years I have been fapping to porn and yeah I'm hard but I'm never fully . The last time I had a full hard on was a long while ago.

Essentially for the past how many years I haven't had a full hard on . That a bit worrying . Or maybe it just from watching too much porn and it will improve the longer I dont look at porn . Kinda thinking no though I reckon years of inactivity and porn use has probably made me impotent. Not impotent as in I can't get hard at all. It impotent that i don't get fully hard to stimuli
