Is this a weird flatline?

So yesterday, I relapsed vowing to stop. (I’m done)

I relapsed because for the past few days before that, I was fantasizing and checking out girls, and looking at movie scenes, and it was giving me headaches and head pressure. so I figured a fresh start would be necessary if I’m going to beat this for real this time by not doing those things.

Before and ever since even after the relapses, I had this anxiety. It’s in the pit of my stomach, it’s also like I have brain fog and things like that. It doesn’t feel good.

Does anyone know why this is? Thanks.
  2. It's the imbalances in your brain, dopamine receptors burnt out, nervous system overworked etc, that cause flatline symptoms.

It's perfectly normal, and I'm going through it right now. The hard part is knowing how long it lasts The difficult part is finding healthy habits to repeat on a daily basis in order to reset your mind and reward circuitry to enjoy other activities, besides PMO.

  5. I think it's the terrible feeling of relapsing. I mean, imagine vowing to never relapse again and make it this streak, but to end up not staying on your word.
