yeah of course ...you are doing great. as per my knowledge semen start creating when we are aroused otherwise it is there in form of essence...so in order to prevent the tension created by blue balls,dont entertain sexual thoughts.

Blue balls can be really painful but you need to be aroused for a prolonged period of time. On longer streaks I've noticed like a milder version, I think it's probably just the body readjusting to not PMOing daily and the fact that you are more sensitive to arousal.
