    Last night , I was doing well, I ran into an urge and I ended up happening to be scrolling through my phone, I did not intend to run into it but when I saw a woman in a bra (sorry for trigger) I got aroused but kept moving, even though I wanted to fap, is that a relapse?

    Nope. Boners don't count imo. Unless you perform the money shot or start stroking the tip for more than 5 mins then id say thats a relapse.

    man, as I write this I’ve just gotten through the most intense urges to fap. It comes in waves today. Day 7.

    I’m giving my all to hold off no matter what. I feel like I might need to run out of the house and do jumping jacks if this gets any worse.
