Is this Escalation?

    Hi everyone, I've been on nofap for over five years on and off, the past two of them as an addict in an SA program.

    My past issues have been online chatting and internet p, however two days ago, I engaged in voyeurism when woman a bent over in front of me wearing an open face dress.

    Is this an escalation problem and if so, what do I need to do about it? Supportive posts only please, I'm kind've scared about this.

    Well it is unfortunate you looked,
    but I would say it is not necessarily escalation, because you didn't seek out the experience, it just happened in front of you.

    I guess the issue is what you did about it?

    For me I'm trying not to objectify women and this is something that I'm battling with. I work with a lot of women and am often presented with voyeuristic images. It's a fact of life that I am going to see things that I find arousing, first I need to resist the urge to look up related porn (that has been a big issue for me in the past) the second and much harder one would be to not have carnal thoughts but this is a big reprogramming of my brain and I think will take a lot more time.
