    Anxiety, brain fog literally to the point where I have trouble reading sentences, head pressure, slight malaise.

    I have a trip coming up, I’m going to be gone for a week. I just don’t want to feel anxious while I’m down there on my trip. What do you guys think about this?

    Flatline symptoms :

    - No libido, you feel asexual
    - Genital numbness and shrinkage
    - Penis feels disconnected from body ( brain link )
    - Penis skin may change color because of lack of blood flow

    Brain fog and anxiety are also porn withdrawal symptoms. In Nofap context, the word " Flatline " is used to describe the no libido issue. " Dead dick syndrome "
