Is this part of the flatline?

So I've been in a flatline for over 100 days now and I've accepted it. I mean, I'm not feeling worse than before, I'm used to depression and lethargy.
But lately, I've noticed that I don't even care about girls anymore. I was at the gym today...quite a few cute girls in tight pants...and I didn't care in the slightest.
I'm worried. So far, seeing a cute girl would, at least briefly brighten my day. I mean, I always knew I could never be with one of them but it was like looking at a beautiful picture in a museum. You couldn't take it with you but you could appreciate it here and there.

Is this complete lack of interest part of the flatline and just something I'll have to accept too from now on or is something else wrong with me?

Okay, fair enough, I guess. But the bad bit is that you'll have no desire for anything else either.
