I feel as though I could be doing better.
I went from masturbating twice a day in 2019-early 2020 to doing it once every 2-3 days. I notice many benefits with this new pattern, however I feel like I could be doing better. Like I could have stopped completely.
Two questions:
1. Am I doing actually doing good or am I feeling sorry for myself?
2. How do I stop completely?
