Hey everyone i’m 15 i think i have severe pied so I was watching porn everyday sometimes i would go like 4 days without it and then go back to it so recently i decided i would stop masturbating and porn for good so i stopped it but my urges became so bad for it that i decided i would just watch twitter porn and sometimes cam girls just to calm down my urges and i would get super hard erections or whatever r ur i never touched my dick and i just kept it in erection one day i went to watch twitter porn and it was like a flick went off in my brain seriously like it wasn’t a overtime i noticed problems with erections it was just a flick in my brain my erection went low and i found it hard to get porn i often prayed to God to do something to stop this porn addiction so i’m glad i’m going through this or my porn addiction would’ve never stopped it’s been about 2 months and i don’t feel the need for porn really i don’t get tempted to watch it when i see a kissing scene on a show or when i scroll on ig and see a fine girl.

Jus stay away from porn for the rest of your life. And don't use social media if you are looking up only models. Abstain from them for 6months. You are young. So even severe pied will heal faster. Don't masturbate and do it with a girl when the time comes. It's going to be tough but put your mind on something else and stop counting days. Jus keep yourself engaged onto something. A new.project or study or anything. You will recover soon. But remember,.do not watch porn even without masturbation or with masturbation. And do not masturbate at all.

thank u bro I haven’t been watching porn or anything i deleted all models i had on instagram i’ve been learning code recently i play basketball with my friends every weekend and i bike 1-2 hours a day i’ve been playing my console when i have nothing to do i haven’t really had a urge recently also but i’m worried cause i feel like my dick got smaller recently will i get my size back or anything?

That's great. The important thing is after removing them, your brain will try to trick you into seek it again be it porn or ig. Resist and persist. Jus reming yourself why you are doing it and what benefits you will have once you are out of this rut. And it's really good that you're learning code. Try to level up your game in it. You are on th right path. I'd also suggest picking up an instrument and a new language if time permits and in the end you'd be having a new skill too. And physically, biking and basketball sounds great. Until you recover avoid or keep gaming to minimal. Any form of physical exercise is good. Jus transmute all those energy into these healthy activities not jus to get over pmo but redefine yourself as a new person and continue them as a part of your life. Keep yourself busy doing healthy activities that gives you joy.
