Do the best you can. Dreams you can't do anything about. But YouTube games sexual images you have to control those things in your life. Get rid of them if you need to. How much do you want to be free? You can do it!

 

Try going a week or two without any YouTube or video games.

 

Skip the sexual crap. Choose a different character. When you feel the urge, come here and hit the 'panic button' in the top right. You got this. No problem.

 

Stay strong dude. I’ve been trying to desperately rid myself of this affliction for some time now and one thing that I found has helped me is immediately taking a walk outside for 5 minutes to ground me back in the real world. Also installing a program like net nanny or other monitoring software to help minimise anything sexual from popping up. As for the games, maybe try cutting down on gaming and spending that time out doors or taking up a new hobby. The less time you’re in front of the screen the better.

 

I watch a lot of youtube and never see anything sexual. if you see anything sexual on youtube is because you search for it...

 

In the top right corner there is a red button labeled PANIC BUTTON. You can click it then click the Emergency button to take you to a website that will help you take your mind off of your urge. You can go back and keep clicking it until you find something that works.
