it helps to not think about quitting or fapping?

    Ok over the last few days I have realised it helps to not even think about the subjects of quitting or fapping and focusing the mind elsewhere ie praying.

    Anyone else done this "simply switch the sex mind off"??

    I'm actually starting to think a little like this too. The last three months have been "full on" i think i have either heard, seen, wrote or spoken the words porn and masturbation more times than i have when i was pulling away like hell for leather!

    I don't pray but i am focusing on other things.

    Hope the days are going ok for you and you are still in pocket with God!.

    yes am good thanks. I realise it helps for me to not overly interact with women. If they eyeing me up let them... because they can be hypocrites and call men pervs yet do the same!

    My issue was i would interact or take notice of their glances and go home and imagine and waste myself .

    It helps to not water the plant so it doesn't grow haha!

    You're right when we reboot we think about it 24/7 - and in my experience that's incorrect as you're still pouring Water at a very gentle rate on the plant...or even small drops

    I used to say ... when the wells dried up a man needs somewhere else to drink lol

    It's going ok. I've finally kicked the sex chat yesterday. Journalled about it in my personal thread.

    Got a goodbye hug off a random bird in the pub last night lol.. not complaining!! Also a few female eyeballs in the street today.

    When I've done 90 days no wanking I'm gonna rethink my strategies.
