It is another day

I am posting to remind myself I have made this committment to myself. I have made it many times before, but quickly forgot about it and let old habit rule. Justifications and excusses ignoring privious promises with "just this once," but ONLY once turnes to more and then then begins the self loathing which leads to a desire to excape and the cycle has begun. So I am here to write and remind myself "you have been here before" now take another step and go further. Once again not thingking about it leads to thinking about it, leads to the tickle in the pit of the stomach saying "you know you want it." We shall prevail. One week will be a new landmark. Not yet halfway, but each day is a victory.
