    How did it became normal to go online, masturbate in front of a screen, with a tissue in a hand? It's weird. However we all start thinking about porn. But is it OK to spend hours on facebook with digital "friends" To watch a screen instead of talking to the family or going out in the world and discover new things?

    To me porn is just a logic step down the rabbit hole, but it is not the first.

    This is my thought: Quitting porn while being addicted to social media or internet (youtube) is like quitting whiskey but still drinking wine and beer. We must master our internet use.
