It Stops Here... hopefully

Hi,

Im 18 years old and i started masturbating at 6 or 7 due to my early exposure of sex. I'm trying to quit "PMO" for many reasons including i believe that its a sin, i waste hundreds of dollars on it, and its a complete waste of time. Oh and another big reason is that i heard it releases testosterone which i think is true because i always feel tired when i fap and then try to workout.

Longest streak i went without "PMO" in my life was 5 days, and i dont think it even counts because i did watch porn and masturbate but i held my ejaculation so i guess it was 5 days without "O".

Over the past couple of months i've tried many things to help me stop including watching vids on youtube, reading selfhelp books, getting porn block programs, joining sites like "feed the right wolf", talking to so called "experts", hell i even bought handcuffs so i could stop myself from masturbating but no matter what i always fall into the trap.

I really hope this site helps because im honestly tired of "PMO" and i really need the extra motivation to erase this nasty addiction of mine.

Thanks man! i appreciate it. Yeah i got an accountability partner on here yesterday and it was so weird because we both happened to live in the same state, city, and even go to the same community college!
