    I suffered from Porn Induced Erection Dysfunction (Pied) for years. I wanted to die because my dack was always a limp noodle. I started Nofap and relapsed for about 6 months was in a porn induced foggy haze. Started Nofap again and the PIEd is gone for good. I have normal sex and my dack is hard as a 19 year olds. I am living proof that nofap works and can resolve Porn Induced Erection Dysfunction!

    Great to hear, I've been on NoFap since Jan and had constant relationship struggles with my SO who decided finally to leave on Sunday. I have wronged so much in pur relationship and anxiety/ stress/ worry over performing has affected my performance even after reset. I honestly thought I would go back to porn but I'm not, I enjoy feeling my erections but want to O with another and hope that with a new connection the other issues will disappear. I have done 90 days hard mode bit edged a few times since which has mot helped. How did you cope?

    The key is to keep busy. I did a lot of extra things at work and in the community. The busier you are there's no time for a relapse

    How long did you go without PMO before you started being able to sustain your performance? I've done 30 days but am worried about trying with my SO in case it doesn't feel like I've made any progress.
