Alright I know many of you are doing this because you know that you will be judged or heaven forbid, forbidden from your family because your addiction goes against your religion. This is one thing that I have been able to find strength in when those dirty temptations keep occurring. Just remind yourself that those temptations are a test from God to see if you really have the strength to defeat porn. If you say yes to the temptations, then you failed the test. If you are able to say no and resist then you passed. Hope this helps a little.

I'm sorry to say that I don't entirely agree with you... these temptations come from the devil, our own imperfect flesh or the outside world but not from God because as we can read in James 1:13 : "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man"
But I agree in the fact that the choice is our and God can help us to overcome these temptations but there's no way that he is the One tempting us !
