    I have these images from videos I've watched in the past that keep popping up in my mind, and it makes me miss it. I know it makes me feel bad after, but it's just a nagging thing that doesn't go away

    I think it's the fear of missing out, another tactic the brain uses to trick us. Still trying to get over this one myself but it does help to remnd myself about the consequences of relapsing.
