hello everyone,
i'm tired of this addiction, and i'm addicted to it for as long as i can remember. it's depressing, i'm 27 years old and hardly finds any motivation in anything whatsoever. gonna need all of your help if i ever have to come out of it alive. thanx anyway.

You're on the right path. You acknowledge that you have a problem. You want help with this problem and you recognise that you need help to find the solution.

What may help at this stage is stating what you have done so far to solve the problem. Have you read the articles on yourbrainonporn?
