I have been practicing NoFap for 5 weeks and now I am feeling kind of positive about a lot of things. I used to reject any compliments that were given to me outright as I felt they didn't mean that, but now I feel I don't care about any comments and reject them in order to become better everyday.

This is my second time I have reached a streak longer than a month and I can say about the brain fog, its really gone. I tried quitting cigarette numerous times but could not gain enough willpower and would relapse on both nofap & smoking almost simultaneously,,, so I decided to do nofap for about a month and then quit smoking(13 days so far...yohoooo) and this is a weekend and I hadn't had a single craving while sitting in my room(weird but good happy weird).

I cleaned my room today and arranged my things, which is a herculean task for me. I have been meditating for the last week and my focus and energy levels have grown really.

Last night I was watching a movie, Revenge, which as triggering scenes and it was night, I was all by myself..... that's when I realized that I have overcome my addiction a long way because that's how I got triggered last time I had a month's streak. I am not claiming it is over a lot of work is to be done but confidence level is really high.

To all you guys who have just begun this journey, it is one hell of a ride. And if you relapse or have relapsed please don't give up on yourself, you are on the right track.

And can somebody tell me when do I get my morning wood back really loved those. Missing them for 1-2 weeks.

Sorry for the long post, here is potato

Dude that is awesome. Keep growing, keep organizing, keep getting wiser! And don't forget to hang out with others as much as you can!

I would stay away from triggering things like that a lot longer than 5 weeks—you don't want to put yourself in those tempting situations! But that's up to you. If you do relapse, get right back up and on track.

    Keep it up!

I am keeping away from triggering things, I deleted the movie after watching it. I did not know it was triggering prior to it, I thought it was like kill bill just action, well for now, sticking with cartoons only.

Hey man that is some awesome stuff there. I am going on almost three years no tobacco. I know what an accomplishment that can be.
This is my latest attempt to get free of P and reboot. So far I've made it 5 days porn free. It feels good. Keep up the good work man.

Wow 3 years free... Can you tell me how to overcome cigarette nostalgia. I have quit smoking numerous times for 2 months still keep coming back 2 it. Nofap is helping me with willpower but how to overcome nostalgia. Really need some guidance in that area.
