It's official: There is no longer any safe place on the internet for who is doing NoFap

That's unbelievable dude. I think people lost their mind and live in a world where they think everyone is an adult who wants to have sex all time. There is no morality anymore, no worries about kids and teenagers being exposed to pornography.

I was worried 10 years ago with porn stars being famous on internet, but now EVERY women in the planet can became a sex worker and be known globally for their ''job''.
That reminds me of the time I was in Philadelphia and there was a full on porno mag sitting, open, face up, in the middle of the street. The standard for shame has dropped! And yes, every woman can become a sex worker so easily these days, but I wonder why so many of them are gravitated to this work. It is a shameful occupation, but it is getting more popular.

From CHATGPT:

"The adult industry has indeed played a significant role in the development and popularization of internet technologies. Pornography has often been an early adopter and driver of innovations in online payment systems, streaming media, and website design. Additionally, the demand for privacy and anonymity in accessing adult content has contributed to the development of technologies like secure browsing and virtual private networks (VPNs). However, it's important to note that while the adult industry has influenced certain aspects of internet development, it's just one of many factors shaping the evolution of the online landscape"

Quite insane really. I remember the time when the internet seemed exciting. Probably due to the fact that you needed to invest a lot of time just to log-in. Porn wasn't as much as an issue then due to slow download times. I remember using Limewire (pre-torrent) and tried to download a film about the band Cream. It took a week, but you can imagine what I got instead.
Haha you were asking for that one downloading something called cream. Interesting response though because it places the blame rightfully on us. We consume and hunger for pornography, at least we did at one point in our lives, and drove the platform of internet technologies to become a landscape for NSFW content. Can you even imagine a circumstance where porn is MORE popular and successful? This HAS to be the peak porn stat maxed out on planet earth, porn is everywhere, its like its a worldwide pandemic.

Well, I grew up before internet started to be popular, from what I remember, the internet only had porn only if you looked for it. People on social media didn't posted photos or videos with short or tight clothes, potentially NSFW content was removed very quickly by the moderators, Youtube was family friendly, etc.

Nowadays we are being exposed to NSFW in all places. Social media, ADs, apps... Everywhere.

Also, I'm pretty happy you're already miles away from that degeneracy. God is wonderful, and I believe everybody will be healed from lust and have a good and peaceful life.

I see your point. You are right. There has been a real dumbing down with the invention of social media. Thanks to Zuckerberg et al.

porn, sex work, onlyfans...its a "growth industry." meanwhile, wages are stagnating, inflation is up, women are paid less, rents are astronomical, homelessness is exploding...
so usually their "boyfriend" or some other creep in their life says "hey you can make money selling your body" Usually with an offer of drugs or rent money up front.
Add in a decade of previous child abuse and trauma, untreated by therapy that they cannot afford, a mountain of school debt, and a culture that rewards "hotness" above all else, and you have....lots of online sex workers.

in all societies that have major inequality you see lots and lots of sex work. Look at the brothels in the Guilded age or concubines in the ancient world. The more inequality there is, the more there is the mega rich and mega poor, the more you have sex work. Drastic inequalities breed it. people selling their bodies to eat. It's a sickening plight on the human race and everything to do with exploitation.

The least we can do is not feed it (speaking of myself).

And yeah, lots of studies out there on how much worse high speed porn made PMO addiction. Watch "The great porn experiment" on youtube. It was a totally different world 20 years ago when it took minutes to fap to a JPEG or an hour to see a 2min clip. Sure, I was up all night trying to get the damn thing to load, but I wasnt rewiring my brain with crazy dopamine over stimulation and I wasnt able to find weird fetish shit.
Now it takes 0.02 seconds to load 100 images of fetish P. not the same.

So what we are going to do? Are we just going to complain about how bad our has become? We should do something I don't know what and how ...
They make the porn popular by celebrities maybe we should make it unpopular by celebrities too. One of us should become an Olympic athlete saying how porn is bad. Someone should become a rapper who raps about how bad is an adiction someone should write a book other one has to be a doctor doing research about porn effects or something.
If we don't do something our own children will study in the same school and have same friend like us and get exposed to porn like how we did. They become addict and when they realize it that years of their life have wasted. And this cycle keeps happening for everyone in the world and almost everyone is doomed to get years of his or her life wasted . Not everyone has a good parents to make them not get damage by this industry.

By the way I appreciate you all being in this community and helping others this thing that u do and helping other is something that i don't know how to appreciate I am just saying we should do something including myself

In my opinion the most powerful thing we can do is to simply stop doing PMO.
If you stop doing PMO then you will remove the chains on your body and mind and be free to use the natural energy inside you.
Imagine if, let's say, 50,000 regular guys in the U.S. stopped doing PMO forever all at once. They would quickly take over every field. It would be like a rebirth of the country. Society would look totally different in 10 years.
For a counter example, look at what happened to Ye. He is pretty open about his porn obsession. I've never seen someone so brilliant and charismatic fall into nothingness like that. That's what PMO does to people. It makes them utterly mediocre.

I don't use social media at all, that has helped a lot. I also only use youtube for gaming stuff and other hobbies and haven't ran into any issues with things showing up in my feed, just stuff about space engineers and hoi4.

On Instagram and TikTok, even if you tap ''not interested'' on the recommended content, you will still receive NSFW images or videos.

I literally have over 600+ OnlyFans girls blocked on my Instagram right now. I was constantly getting them in my feed, but now the algorithm has figured out that I don't want to see that s***. Facebook is the same way--there's one woman who literally has over 100 accounts under various names to promote her content. It's hard to understate how much disdain I feel toward that type of manipulative BS.

"look im in spandex and going to roll on this ball for 'exercise'" - 12M likes. F*ckoff with all that, Youtube/Google/Alphabet

^^^^ DUDE. This fills me with absolute fury. I'm actually a professional video producer. I could work hard on a meaningful video for weeks and maybe get several thousand views. Meanwhile some OF chick with T&A bends over in front of the camera for 20 seconds, uploads it 30 minutes later, gets 7 million views, and uses the ad revenue for her next payment on her Porsche. One of my biggest motivations for quitting porn was so that I'd no longer be supporting that kind of cultural cancer.

That's what has helped me become and stay porn free, the absolute disdain for the porn world which I used to inhabit.
Social media isn't what keeps us hooked, our own thinking about it does. Change that and the world changes.

While this can certainly be true, I want to offer a word of caution here. When we envy or feel resentments, relapse is usually not far behind. In my case, I used to have many thoughts like this which fueled my misogyny and self-victimization, which in turn gave me a twisted justification to watch whatever P I wanted.

We all hold many secrets. I've heard from so many women who look so happy and "hot" and put-together are actually co-dependent, unheard, disrespected for their thoughts or ideas, and forced into trophy-wife role and basically being m**ested all the time, by family or their partners, in order to be what society wants them to be. Meanwhile, those looks quickly fade - usually in only a couple short decades, and they are left with nothing.

This has been very helpful for me:

P stars, softcore or otherwise, are deeply unhappy people. Anyone selling their body online or for public consumption is not likely to be spiritually fulfilled and emotionally and mentally content and happy.
