It's so hard not to jerk...please motivate me to not give in

    ON day 3 of a new and hopefully longterm reboot. However, on Day 3 entering Day 4 it's hard not to jerk or look at things but I know what I want my end goal but its so hard and i worry if I can achieve what I'm trying to or what if it doesn't work. Any advice or motivation would help.

    Three days in keep it going. Find something else to do, keep your mind busy. Get around other people so you're not alone.
