Its the Hardest days that really count...

    Yesterday I saw a trigger which led me to search more of it and I found myself getting caught in it.... My hand was doing its own thing you know what I mean... I was loosing the battle..... But then I immediately closed everything and stated thinking what all I was about to lose if I continued it for sometime longer..... So I pulled my hand back and finally stopped. Right now I'm feeling good. MORAL :- It's these hard days that count, if you abstrain during this period you reach a higher level, a level which can't be calculated in days...

    A chain is as strong as its weakest link. If you can't make it through the hard days, when you feel shitty, when you feel like giving up, when you are at your weakest, when nothing could be worse, when your girlfriend just left you and now you need to feel something in your heart again... when you can't make it through THAT, then you'll never make it at all. Because you're damn right - the hardest days are the ones that mean everything.
    On my VERY first NoFap attempt I powered through the first two weeks like a madman. It was super difficult, but I fought through it. Then it got easy, and easier, and then I didn't even have to think - I just didn't fap. But then I got an urge on day 93 and I forgot what it felt like to FIGHT. I forgot what DIFFICULTY was. So I gave in immediately without thinking. And now it's been months and I still haven't recovered from that. You understand all of this because you're perceptive and realistic. You have the strength to see yourself in the hardest of times and pull yourself out of it, which is the strongest you need to be. This is why you will succeed in NoFap. Keep going man.
