it's time to take a look at myself

    I've been adicted to masturbastion for nearly 20 years. The internet has opened up a whole load of bad stuff for my mind. I waste my life away, hours alone followed by constant shame. When out, I don't feel comfortable around people and my porn shame/addiction is like a constant weight over me. I have little ineterest in sex with my partner. Masturbation feels easier and less work. I see sex as a chore almost, despite enjoying it.

    Things must change. I'm glad this place is here. I will start a diary or something.

    I heat you man and relate totally about what you wrote. I am 35 years doing this (I am 46). I'd like to live the next 35 years free of this and sounds like you too. We can do this if reach out and use the resources here. Diary is good idea, as is posting often. Good Luck!
