I've been trying for a loooooong time

    Hi guys and gals. I'm a Newbie to this site, but not a Newbie to NoFap. I've been trying to quit my PM habit for over a year now. I started on the subreddit, but I've since left Reddit for personal reasons. I stumbled upon the NoFapAcademy and other various NoFap youtube channels today, which led me to find this forum. I really want to quit for good. My longest streak has been about three weeks, but more recently it's only been three days. I feel ashamed for failing over and over again for that long. I'm going to graduate school soon, and I'm trying to make some major changes in my life, including diet, exercise, schoolwork, practicing my instrument, meditating, and kicking my PM habit. I'm serious about it this time, and I feel really good about it because I've found some many more resources to help me in the past 24 hours. Also, I'm getting tired of the same old 'reset day after day' bullshit.

    I'm a 22-yr old male. I have a girlfriend, so if you were wondering why I don't include O (orgasm) in PMO, that's why.

    Hi Eric, it's a good decision that you came here to nofap forum, I wish you a good luck man, you can do it

    you can go to the 20-24 section here, and start a your own journal,take a look first to others journals to see what they write and to have an idea about what to do, this is absolutely optional, but in my opinion, starting a journal will help you a lot because you can write your thought and your struggle, and you can get help from the other amazing guys here.

    P.S: take a green counter just like the one i have in my signature, it will help you follow your progress :)

    Welcome to the site. Here are some tips:

    Download a porn blocker on your computer. "K9" is a good one

    Do the things that you love. Hobbies, exercise, whatever gets you out of the house.

    Don't get mad when you relapse. We are only human, everyone makes mistakes.

    I will continue to read your journal, good luck my friend :)
