Two girls were sucking and I just nothing could do. Is that may be a some way of porn if I know those girls? I tried not to watch porn but after that sleep I broke.

Trying to understand what you mean here but I'm assuming you having them sexy wet dreams. See them for what they are and acknowledge that your body does its own thing when you're sleeping and don't get discouraged by the dreams you're having. It's normal to have sexualized dreams during recovery. Don't get bogged down, accept it and move on.

I completely agree with @Donut_Tai. Sexual dreams are indeed a natural part of life, and are involuntary. I've experienced cases similar to yours where I used PMO after having a sexual dream. What I've come to understand is the day after a dream like that is very important to our reboots. Whenever I have a sexual dream, I try to surround myself with company the day after so I'm not tempted to PMO. Hope this helps.

  4. Absolutely normal and natural and should not result in any guilt or shame. It does make it pretty damn hard to stay clean, though, once you wake up. But you can't control what you dream about. It's a normal thing for men and women a lik to have sexual dreams, and it's especially more normal if you've watched a lot of porn or had a lot of sexual experiences. If you focus your mind so strongly on one thing for long periods of time, it's natural to have dreams related to that. Nothing you can do, not your fault, no guilt/shame/reset necessary.

The unconscious is in charge to regulate anything in the body like heart beat, cells, blood, breath, temperature etc. It would be impossible for the conscious mind to do such complicated procedures. When the conscious mind suppress sexual desires, the unconscious mind is trying to release that energy. Such a waste! It would be better if everyone use that energy consciously.
