Its been about 8 to 9 years since I've been fapping but i can't control this habbit no matter how hard i try, its just i can't even think straight without doing it. This site is something new i have found and i think I'll try again here to quit this habbit that i actually hate.
 
Why are you giving too much importance to it. You can't control anything on this planet. The more you are trying to control it the more you will get into touch with it. Just relax . Make friends with which you can share your misery . He can definitely help you. Whenever you have urge just talk with that Freind.
