I've never been able to ejaculate during intercourse

I'm 35 years old now and I've never been able to ejaculate while having sex. I was an extremely shy guy when I was younger and my first sex experience was with a prostitute when I was 20. I don't remember exactly at what age I began masturbating but I noticed something strange after some years. I was trying to simulate real sex with some improvised pillow and I just couldn't reach orgasm, the only way was with regular masturbation, so my sensitivity was already low at that time. With this first prostitute I delayed to get an erection but I was able to have sex although I didn't feel much pleasure doing it. I didn't have an orgasm with this one so some months later I went back there and tryed with another one because I thought I was too nervous the first and that the second time I would be more relaxed. Indeed I was more relaxed but the same thing happened, I didn't cum. To make things worse my condom broke while having anal sex and after some days my penis was smelling and itching, I got balanitis and it's been a long struggle to get rid of that.
My connection with porn was when I was young at friday nights on TV I used to watch these softcore movies and masturbate during the sex scenes. But there wasn't a day I wouldn't masturbate looking at magazines, using my imagination or whatever I could find. Internet came to me much later on, I bought a computer when I was 22 and got access to porn and that became common to me after that. I didn't fap many times a day, only once or twice but it was every day.
Years went by and I found a way to deal with my shyness and when I was 28 I met this beautiful girl and we had sex. I was able to maintain an erection for a long time and she had many orgasms, I was feeling proud of myself for giving her pleasure but I had none. We had only one night stand and later on I met another girl and we dated for a short period of time. During this time we had lots of sex but again, she had many orgasms and I felt frustrated. She was also frustrated thinking she wasn't appealing to me. I also had other experiences and after that one I noticed that if I had sex I would lose my libido for some time and sometimes I would force myself to reach orgasm through masturbation, it was getting harder and harder to feel pleasure.
I found out about NoFap last year and tryed for a month then had a reset sometimes and gave up. I went back to porn and masturbation. Last month I decided to give it a try again after coming to some conclusions that my life was stuck because of it. It's been a month and a half and I made a promise I'm won't fap again. It's been easy for me because the first month I was totally in a flatline. I think my mind and body got messy because of those experiences. Luckly now when I feel the urge it's normally by morningtime when I'm at work, so I can't masturbate and have to withhold the urge.
I'm not sure this will solve my problems but I it might at least help me in some way. Recently I watched a video of Mike Tyson talking with Terry Crews about a very similar experience, I was impressed. I'm looking for someone who had a similar experience and was able to recover from that so that I can make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks!
