Before I say anything, I'd like to tell myself that I'm worthless piece of shit. God really doesn't fuck with me at all. He filled me with all these fucking problems : small dick, weird,smelly, fucked up teeth, no friends & a nasty scar on my stomach.

The reason for me never having a girlfriend is because I'm scared to be laughed at.

PLEASE DON'T FUCKING COME TO ME WITH THAT "SIZE DOESN'T MATTER" BULLSHIT!
Because in this day and age, sex,drugs & body reign high.
And also PLEASE DON'T SAY THAT "GIRLS DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PENIS SIZE"
Because once again in this day and age everything is about sex, bodies & drugs.

I'm 17. And like 4.6 inches when it's erect and when I'm not it's 1 or 2 inches.
 
If you can penetrate and impregnate woman it's enough, everything else is cultural bullshit that we are being fed since childhood.
Be honest to us and tell us does some girl told you that your size isn't enough or it's only you false imaginations about yourself and you comparing your penis to some fucked up pornographic standards ?
 
First off, as @MeTP said, make sure to not compare yourself to what you've seen in porn, as that's completely unrealistic.

Second, you're never going to get a girlfriend or develop meaningful relationships if you have such a negative view of yourself. A dislike of oneself is obvious to all, so you've got to set about doing what's necessary to develop a more positive self-image.

A focus on self-improvement is going to help. You said you think you don't smell very good. Well, figure out how to smell better. Shower more frequently, try different types of soap, a different brand of deodorant, make sure to frequently wash your clothes, etc.

You said you're perceived as weird and have few friends. What's it going to take to change that? I'd recommend getting involved in as many different groups as possible. Athletic groups, student government groups, music groups, volunteer groups, etc. The type of group doesn't really matter. What does matter is getting involved, meeting people, developing your social skills, developing your social network.

You said you've got a nasty scar on your stomach. Well, they say that chicks dig scars, and I'm rather proud of my own, so perhaps learn to embrace it. If that's not possible, there might be a surgical option which would reduce its appearance, though I do think the best option is to just accept it and perhaps learn to use it as an ice-breaker at beach parties and the like.

Like I said though, the number one thing is to develop a more positive attitude and increased sense of self-worth. So long as you think you're a terrible person, you're going to find that there are a lot of people who agree. Learn to accept yourself, and others will do the same.
 
What is your diet ? Bad smell and fucked up teeth came very often from bad diet ie. too much processed foood and sugar. Bad smell is especially connected with too much meat in diet, I know it from my experience.

Chicks dig self confidence. I'm short and not good looking and have done fine, usually when I act like I don't care. Work on what you can and I understand your fears, but try to focus away. Focus on all the non pretty people around you, they have relationships and porn warps what you see and what you want. Last is to worry about dick size.

You are right. This culture is ruled by hedonism. Your physical attributes are not ideal, you know that yourself. What I am saying may be harsh, but it is also true and lies aren't going to help you here. No one here can help you with these attributes or make them more acceptable by society at large. But what I can tell you is that you can improve your situation. Before anything, quit any addiction or vice you may have. This includes building your discipline and then building your body. An athletic looking man is always a plus. And then, you simply need to be bold and play the numbers game. In other words, get over your fear of being laughed at and pursue your goal with nothing else in mind. Lose yourself in that pursuit and perhaps you can achieve it.

As a man I've never understood why men send women a pic of their dick. It is completely alien to me.

In the early days of the internet was there a woman who responded to a guy who sent her a pic of his dick and asked him for a date? And this story spread?

It makes absolutely no sense. Afaik there is not a single woman in the world that hopes to receive a pic of a dick from a strange man.

This is probably because guys like that are clueless. They assume well, if a hot girl sent me pics of her pink office or cleavage - I'd get turned on so why not the same for her.

Girls operate way differently to guys, read all those 'Mills and Booms' erotic novels. It's all about the story and the emotional connection that gets them going.

One thing I envy the next generation for is the idea of receiving naked pictures from a girl who is flirting with you. This (surprisingly) seems to be quite common practice nowadays.

On receiving such pictures I would simply reply with nice compliments about the girl and her body - guaranteed to move the discussion in the right direction - not send her a pic of my dick in return!

Dude I haven't even approached a girl like that. I'm too scared. I've never even approached a girl "like that". I've always been the shy guy who's very insecure about everything. FUCK my self! I'm filled with problems. It almost seems impossible to overcome them. Like, you guys don't even know how much more shit I'm insecure & scared about, this penis shit is just one thing out of vast range of problems.
