Hello fellow fapstronauts, I am George and my life has been quite shitty for the last years, mostly due to dealing with anxiety and depression and I'm here to change this once and forever.

As the title states, it's not the first time I'm doing this and I am a strong believer in the benefits of NoFap, since I've experienced them on my own skin during my longest streak (40 days). The fact that I've relapsed twice since then is quite sad but no way am I ever going to give up on this.

What I'll do different this time I'm actually gonna use the forum more and I'm gonna start with this introduction. I was checking it once in a while but no more than that and I really find this community to be very helpful which is something you rarely see.

What I need to improve in my life the most are social skills and being more productive overall. I've just finished high-school and I realized I've pretty much wasted the last 4 years on youtube and video games (which I already quit -90 streak completed and not going back) and porn of course. I don't think NoFap alone will be sufficient in achieving my goals, but it will certainly be necessary.

Hope this is the last time I relapse, I can't wait to make my final post here at the end of my 90 journey. Thanks for reading, and carry on brothers!

Thanks man, it's actually amazing and it's a feeling I never had before. It's crazy that in just 3 months I went from an obsessed gamer and youtube-watching lazy man to someone who looks at this things with disgust and no longer finds any joy in then. Now I seek joy from real life activities- socializing, achieving goals, trying new stuff etc. Anyone can do it, the key is to never give up.

You can do it. Don't be hesitant to see a doctor about anxiety and depression if needed ;)
