    When i was masturbating like mad man,
    i would weak up in middle of the night and find my self biting clenching my teeth extremely hard till my jaw hurts ,even in day time i do it unconsciously and i have to keep reminding my self to not bite my self o_O
    Now i do not have any of that .

    Jaw clenching normally occurs if you intake drug substances. It must've been a crazy day if you masturbated that much to force that to happen.

    I've had that. Sleep paralysis too.
