Jelquing exercises. Relapse?

Yesterday i was doing jelquing exercises (does anyone know them?), most men do them to make their penises larger but i do them because the doctor told me so (urologist). So the thing is that these exercises need some M to work and something came out also but not even close to a full O. Does it counts as relapse? PS. Im in Hardmode
