    I came in my pants while dreaming, about a girl i know.
    It was a sexual dream, does this count as a relapse?
    The dream felt so real, after jizzing in my pants i woke up

    Don't worry man, I wouldn't consider it a relapse. It was completely out of your control. That sperm has to go somewhere if you ain't using it, it's a natural process ( I think).

    sounds like progress to me. i had my first wet dream a few weeks ago. first one since I was a teenager ,probably. I'm 54 yrs old. Not a relapse at all.

    Yes, its the first time in my life that this did happen.
    This dream was so vivid and felt so real, i woke up and thought pff lucky it was a dream but then i came to the realization that i jizzed my pants.
