Hi guys, I have been listening to JK Emezi's podcasts and I must say he's a total legend. I couldn't help but just sign up for one of his paid programs. Even though I've just started, he actually has a plan for everyone to follow. The cool thing about him - he doesn't tell his clients to rely on the willpower method. I feel many of us get it entirely wrong by using the willpower method and we tend to make it a game. The truth is it's more about following a system, changing our entire lives, following a reboot plan where we make progress every single day. Through the willpower method we have a slack attitude where we rely on that one day where everything will magically be solved. I have reflected a lot, and I have come to a realization that I never put in effort to fully reboot. What are your thoughts on him? I also feel his story of social anxiety and all resonates well with me, so maybe that's why I'm loving him.
