thats so great to hear man!! im on day 24 and im starting to feel kinda lost at the moment! ive been so consumed with beating porn i didn’t really have anything else lined up haha and now that every urge that i get hit with has become less of a battle and more of a instinctual reaction to urges. its like, what do i do with all this extra time!

guys your streaks inspire me so much. ive seen alot of my APs give up and delete their accounts and it breaks my heart everytime

 

Congrats on the streak man! But i do think we have to be consumed with beating porn (by taking care of ourselves -- sleeping well, meditating, exercising even if lightly, identifying patterns and having a plan to counter them... and not trying to do other big changes in our life simultaneously), but at the same time we can't be thinking all the time "don't watch porn, don't watch porn!", because that usually leads to us watching porn lol, it's like that "don't think about a pink elephant" concept, ever heard about that?

And about having other stuff lined up besides beating porn addiciton... i kinda have, but i don't put pressure on me for fulfilling those things right now. 'Priority' IMO is exclusively a singular word, never plural... and my priority until i get to at least 3-4 months PMO free is beating this addiction. I did find somewhat of a direction in my life recently by learning about Trading and falling in love with it... i'm sure this is helping a lot. But i still didn't find my life purpose, but this is already helping me a lot to see a light at the end of the tunnel, you know? And of course, also being accountable here with you guys.

the important thing i feel, is to fill that void created because of not watching porn. the last few days have been tough for me too, and you guys have helped me so much.
i didnt have a lot of things to do cuz i was doing dopamine detoxes, but yeah, watch a movie or something if you can, go for a run, there are countless things you can do.

even i am fairly active here.

I have dropped off and been away from nofap since 2018. Lately I have been trying to be more active by exercising more, which I got to an 2 week streak with that today. I wanted to start back today on nofap and hopefully can commit to the same routine I have been doing with being more active.

This thread seems like an great place for ap. I would love to join in with all of you on your journey. This is day 0 of nofap for me.
