Well I am joining you guys Today on my day 15 I didn't know they was such a group glad to be here. Let's fight the good fight together.
On day 7, ngl been feeling kinda depressed lately, hopefully that will change as I get a higher streak
Day 16 still on track
On day 9, still feeling meh, but being productive, hopefully this emotional flatline will end soon
Day Seventeen Don and dusted, looking forward to tomorrow, always on my guard. 90 days the target
Day 24 and still counting
I have a question.....
I'm at day 50 and I was thinking to go to a Pro.
Is it a "counter resetter" act ?
Or just do 200 pushups instead?

Back to the start. Feel mentally ready and 100 percent motivated this time to do what i've never done and reach 90 days.
Good to have Day One down. Feeling strong and positive but perhaps more importantly hyper alert to temptation and old paths that lead to relapse.
