Just need to get to day 10 first. Haven't even been able to do that in months.
Just meditated today for an hour. That's by far the longest I've ever meditated. No apps, no music, just sat down for an hour. This might be just the thing that's needed for me to finally get a streak going.
Day 8 done. Feeling good.
Day 9 done. Good.
Day 11 done. Good.
Day 13 done, almost at two weeks!
