Hi Dawod, Its all about what is right for you. . . some people go on 'hard mode' which means no edging at all. I've tried that before and got to 58 days without, it was very challenging. At the moment though I'm not so strict. . . When i'm half awake in the morning and catch myself 'playing with peter' I tell myself to stop. I believe in this process; the more that I get used to stopping after I start, the easier I find it is to A: not to go all the way and B: not be tempted as often. It hasn't really worked for me yet hahahahaha BUT I still have faith in the process, kind of teaching yourself that you are in control rather than suddenly being unable to resist the urge??
