Joining the forums

Hey Guys, introducing myself. I just began my own path in NoFap, i'm 23 years old. Being used to PMO for a while but right now developing the discipline to let it go. Right now living an inflextion point in my life: finished college, recently finished my most loved relationship; started working; and more... Has been anxious for the last couple months and having my heart broken has let me fall on PMO completely. So it's time to regain control in my life. That's why i started my own journey here. I've read some of the posts for a while and now i feel it's the moment. So, i would like if you can follow me on this.
