Number one is to push through. You definitely have a choice. The choice is to deal with the pain and other discomfort from your recovery symptoms or revert back to PMO. You have to put it in your mind that you are in do or die situation. A life and death struggle because you definitely are. That's number one. Let me ask you. How is your diet, exercise routine, and overall fitness? On a scale of 1 to 10 what would you give it?

NoFap will make your health better. I have digestive issues aswell, yes backpain goes away 2-3 months after NoFap & you also will feel normal. Your skin will be smoother, well at least for me. I recommend it!

Response to "I have severe Brain fog, backpain and that makes me PMO to help it." It means you're heavily addicted & your body hasn't adjusted as you haven't pushed through it or gave it enough time to adjust.

I felt the same crap at first. Let me be honest, the first few weeks of NoFap were the worst. I felt like giving in but I kept telling myself NO, NO. So just get past the few weeks in front of u.

Yes but i get tempted sometimes but I quit quickly when I see something triggering and avoid fantasizing about it

Discipline is vital, as soon as I think about relapse. I'm like I don't need to waste energy, become weak & also have negative thoughts. Also the acts I were doing were causing Health issues, so I'm glad I quit for good.

  9. HI LSW,
I had an urge to view images of certain women just now. These women 's images have previously provided me with masturbatory fodder. I stopped myself in time. Just!
A painful penis, shattered nerves and toxic guilt would have resulted. LSW you give me hope that quitting permanently is possible. For that you have my profound gratitude.

I quit Masturbation permanently already for several months. I watched something disgusting. Women Fa*rting and Poo*ing videos appeared and it turned me off so much that I realize why am I Masturbating to another human. I'm so happy that eye opener allowed to quit.

I realize why I was so energic when I was 12 years old, it's because I never knew what Masturbation and Pornography was. I was going outside and bike riding and felt natural dopamine and excitement. Now I keep telling myself, you're youthful if you continue to stay on this streak forever. Which I will

Update! Urges but went and did Kung Fu and it went away. It happens often, but I focus on other things and I'm still on my streak. Whooo

Some ask me! Would I ever relapse? Definitely not. I reflect & let myself know that I've made it this many days. I don't need to go down a dark path, so I continue to ensure I save the precious seeds.

Update: I was in a flatline, not energized and potentially would have relapse. But what kept me going is the streak, realizing I would be foolish to allow severe damage to occur. So luckily I'm still going strong.
