My first ever journal, hope these help.
For me, the urge to relapse hits hardest in the morning. My member is insanely hard, especially after longer streaks, and arousing thoughts and desires just seem to stream into my mind. I was just scrolling through instagram this morning, and someone had posted a video of a girl twerking. Came sooooo fricken close to relapse, But I was able to hold out. Desires and urges lessened throughout the day, and haven't had wickedly hard ones during the day (yet). Hopefully this effect doesn't spread to the whole day. But I plan on cutting down on Instagram severely, if not eliminating all together.

you might want to slowly stop looking at those vidios of dancing girls. and also good plan to eliminate Instagram all together. now the key is, don't get upset if you fail, just keep trying. this is about the direction were going in. that is the main thing. sounds like your doing really good just by getting on here. your doing great!

not really, try to go the 90 days. :) if you have to reset your counter though, don't worry or beat your self up to much. but I hope you never have to reset your counter.

I get different sorts of urges at different times.

Mornings are difficult because I always get morning wood. It's so easy just to roll on stomach, but that is M.

Evenings, well, I stay up late and that is the time I used to watch P, so it's a habit addiction there.

I still don't understand why you suggest watching those videos (which I want to avoid) at a lesser and lesser rate as opposed to immediately stopping.

the brain really is used to it, sounds like you were a heavy user? if so, it is gonna be really really hard for you to go cold turkey. the point of it though. cold turkey is best, but for some, people back off slowly. try cold turkey to see how it goes. but really what I meant to say is, if you fail, don't beat your self up over it. if you do fall, most people do, and that is a set up for failer, when your always so hard on your self and get angry. but I am giving you advice that you may not need. my apologies.

I appreciate it, don't get me wrong, but I just saw no sense in slaking off. To me, that's like saying "I'm going to fail less today." It's either all or nothing for me.
