    Hi Friends,

    This is my Day 0 on nofap. I am 28 years old now and have been struggling from porn for the past 13 years now. My journey of watching porn has been on and off, but I have finally realised that quitting it will give me back what I was before i got addicted to porn.
    So, it has been 13 years on porn and i have really forgotten how I was before it, but whenever I abstain there is some kind of sudden surge of extra power and ai become too much restless and I complete all my works at a very fast pace, the feeling associated from abstaining is great.
    So here I am starting my daily journal and praying that God gives me power to mak le this journey sucessful.

    Day 0, Mid Day Journal.
    So technically today is my first day on nofap. I just wanted to record how did I feel during the day.
    I am a Chartered Accountant from India and this month December 2021 is having the due date for filing Income tax returns, so I have a lots of work to be completed. But the issue with me is that I don't work consistently, When I feel that I completed a small work, I stop and then again waste a lot of time binge watching youtube or just waste a lot of time doing unnecessary things and eventually end up with relapsing.
    I want to change my habits and start building up habits which will help me in changing my life all together.
    So, I have decided that I will occupy myself with the following habits:
    1. Exercise
    2. Healthy Eating Habits
    3. Improved Sleeping Habits (11-7)
    4. Learning/Developing my skills required for my profession

    If anyone is going through my posts you can recommend me a few good habits which will help me suceed.

    Hey Sameer,
    Wishing you the best of luck on this journey! Remember that the road ahead is long and difficult and it's important to take it day by day and not to lose motivation. A few tips I can give you is to minimize idle time as much as possible and avoid any potential triggers. Hopefully you stay disciplined and achieve your goals. I'm rooting for you :)

    Hey Sameer,
    Take some time out to read, something for yourself, but that is also helping you improve in some way (not work-related).

    I bang on about this, but reading about stoicism and practising/theorising over it will help you massively.

    Be strong, take control, worry not what others think.

    Thank you so much Hummus for a great advice. Minimizing idle time is the key for NoFap. The more I keep myself busy the more I achieve.

    Thank you so much Bernardo77. Reading as actually been in my habit list, but its very difficult to completely read a book. An moreover from the past few years due to the work pressure couldn't actually take time reading. Anyways thanks for the pro tip will try to accomplish slowly.

    Day 1 and Day2,

    I missed out on journaling my day 1, so this post is a combined post for day 1 and day 2.

    So, I have started exercising from the past two days (day0 and day1), but couldn't actually exercise today cause I was late from work. And also along with exercise I have started changing my eating habits.
    Noticed that small changes in lifestyle are adding up to my confidence and I am actually enjoying those changes.

    Just wanted to share that I got aroused while having a conversation with my fellow co-worker. She is actually very sweet and kind soul. Just wanted to share that there was some kind of sensation in my body while we were having a conversation and it felt great. I just hope that my body naturally recovers and I am able to feel more and more of these sensations which I could feel during my teenage.

    However, I had no feeling associated to watching porn, but I just caressed my 'P' for some time without ejaculating which also felt great. I feel over the past few years porn is the main culprit in making my life go down turn, I have noticed that whenever I completely remove porn I get certain natural sensations which my body wouldn't have felt while I was watching it on a regular basis.

    So yes the past couple of days were amazing, hoping to get more out of my journey on NoFap.
