@GhostWriter is right. This is where you can use your counter as a positive tool. Always keep a note of your personal best (your longest streak) and keep pushing further each time. One relapse in nearly three weeks is a great result buddy.
Hi yeah i just saw all your replies now because you guessed i relapsed again bruh... this is really hard because iam most of the time alone at home and dont know what to do! I will motivate me now. Iam kinda losing all my confidence and happiness right now.
I tried to stop at 14 too. That didn't work out. I managed to fully stop at 18. Don't spend years going back and forth with this, you can be better than me. This is a journey and these hardships grow you.
Guys im in the hell right now I constantly relapse since like 6 days almost everyday to porn I'm feeling really depressed because I can't control myself
I know it feels like that. But you can control yourself. It is hard, of course and it is depressing when you slip up. But if you let yourself stay in a depressed mind. Get out of the house. Meet up with your mates. If they are not around, then get out anyway. Swim, cycle, walk (briskly), run or do something else you enjoy. This will help divert your mind from sex. Are you watching extreme or taboo sex? If so, you need to stop that because it will screw up your brain even more.
Thanks for the tips yeah. I try to stop relapsing now. Today i relapsed and today is also my birthday so yeah i feel like shit on my birthday.
You relapse alot. Maybe you should talk to your parents about your addiction. They could support you.
Nah...thanks for the reply but no I probably won't do it. I try to stop me from relapsing but its hard you know when you are young like me. I don't know if it's true but I heard that teens have a very high libido. But I think my streak will now be longer.
I will reset my counter because of porn again -.- . Slowly i have the idea that im just gonna fap for 2 weeks whenever I want so i can get away from porn.
My advice: Commit to no P and moderate MO for 2 months. Then, when P is eliminated for 60 days, start to cut back on MO. Use a calendar to keep track of your progress rather than a counter. It is more helpful for identifying patterns and showing progress over time visually at a glance. The goal should be no PMO at all. I have a 14-yo son who has had this struggle, too. It is no laughing matter. Get it defeated now or you will have a miserable addiction in your life for many years to come. I can assure you that you do not want that.
yeah thank you i think your right. But the problem is if i mastubate for example in the night im kinda lazy at the next day. I will start the mo without p in my holidays thanks for the reply
As little as possible. Once every 2-3 days at most, and then less after that. But this will only be effective if P is 100% eliminated from your life.
