    This journey has been eye opening. Literally. I can actually look people directly in the eye now. I don't feel the sickness, shame, embarrassment and all those terrible feelings that come after PMO. This is great. I want to say thanks to all my fellow Fapstronauts and the maker of this NoFap. Y'all have helped me get my life back on track. Tip, suggestions and everything else have helped out so much. I am not letting my guard down and thinking I have best this forever. I will fight this battle til the end of my life but I feel like I am alive now. Thanks so much!!!

    It's interesting how many guys talk about being able to look girls in the eye when on Nofap.

    There is such a dirty shame to fapping. It paralyses us and makes us try to hide from the world. It really really does make you go "blind", imo

    Alex, maybe that's really what the saying meant. Maybe not literally blind but figuretively, socially, and personally. Good point!

    Yeah, I reckon!
    It also turns you in on yourself and your own pleasures, so that youre blind to the needs and feelings of others. We run away from socialising etc to be alone with a pc in a dark room, spanking away. We dont even see the exploitation and violence behind the porn, or even the damage it does to ourselves...

    It really is a blindness.
