Today is my Day 6, I want to learn some quant skills and make my TOEFL plan.
Every day we have the power to choose. Typing words on Google is a choice. Not deleting tempting things is also a choice. Staying in bed too long is a choice.. if we want to overcome pmo we need to make the right choices. From waking up till sleeping. Surely in the beginning everything that's seductive must be cut off. I believe in this journey we've got to be absolute. Make things as easy as possible. Sometimes a thought pops up in my mind. And I can shake it off but I noticed that after awhile in a weaker moment or state I try to carefully look for it.. And when you give into that than you're on your way to lose and relapse. So give yourself a slap or something, it isn't worth it. All the best people!

Failed at 1 week, yesterday.
Day 2 now.
School is starting in one month, can't fuck up. Bad social anxiety. I'm afraid that people will judge me based on my breathing. So, I manually breathe around people... I can't think of anything but manually breathing... How do I forget about this manual breathing? School starting in 1 month. Am desperate.
I‘m in as well. Started last week and it‘s my 9th day now. No porn and masturbation. I got s girlfriend and I think without orgasm would be hard in this situation..

Am actually on 33 days .. I started the July challenge with you..
I want to be free, strong as a firm tree. This awful addiction is bringing us down but in the end we will wear the crown. Because you see eventhough we may fall we get right back up slowly but stronger to the top. The urges come but not only will I run I will flee my temptation for a better innovation. Building myself up and motivating others that's what I want to do like brothers! I want to encourage everybody and myself to say no to pmo and to overcome this addiction for eternity bro! All the best!! Come on now!
