Just a lost soul

Hello my name is ... and I am here to get help with my addiction to porn and craigslist. These two things are ruining my relationship and life. I don't know why it is so hard to stop looking at them but I find myself doing it when I am bored. I have tried to stop on my own, but was only successful for 2 months. I found myself hiding it by deleting my browser history and any traces I was on it. I would lie to my significant other telling them i wasnt on it in turn i was just lying to myself. If I lose the love of my life due to my addiction I will have nothing to live for.
