Reduce that! Unless you are absurdly tall (191cms, 91kg, BMI=24.9) or something. As you get into 11th grade (around the age of 17~) you will find that the time you have in your hand for yourself will get lesser as the burden of studying will get more and more. As you are just 15 you have enough time to get those numbers down. Go for morning jogs if possible, do not skip it. Stay Strong.
