    Reduce that! Unless you are absurdly tall (191cms, 91kg, BMI=24.9) or something. As you get into 11th grade (around the age of 17~) you will find that the time you have in your hand for yourself will get lesser as the burden of studying will get more and more. As you are just 15 you have enough time to get those numbers down.

    Go for morning jogs if possible, do not skip it.

    Discipline is a practice and must not feel enforced, but compelling to do every new day. If you want to reach mastery in NoFap 100days+ it will be important to discipline yourself and to get in motion. Lots of obstacles, like bad nights, longer urges and alluring fantasies will play tricks on your mind to surrender.
    In my opinion you are most likely to fail also if you smoke weed or drink alcohol. Furthermore if you don´t meditate regularly in the morning and evening. Last but not least if you are not moving enough, you cannot heal outright.

    Im more than 185 (measured that 1.5years ago) so i reckon I'd be 160 by now (explains why I don't look THAT fat,but i absolutely hate my physique cuz it doesn't allow me to play or do parkour or basically anything,im good with the food i eat but struggle horribly with working out,which is essential cuz im 100% not gonna burn enough calories from dieting alone,im reading atomic habits cuz most people said that'll help but if you have any more advice im willing to listen

    My religion absolutely forbids suicide,drugs, alcohol and everything related to that so im not even gonna touch that,it also forbids porn and masturbation but here I am.. i try to mediate whenever i can and always do so to calm my mind, definitely not moving enough though,any tips?

    That's good to hear. 190 is a great height. I did read that it is easier to get back to shape if you are taller (compared to shorter people), so your height is a pro for you.

    I do have one more advice for you. Like you said that you were a class rank holder and after PMO your ranks went down. I would recommend that you do cut of all sorts of extra dopamine like social media, YouTube and other stuff. When you do that, you will have no other choice other than studying.

    If you pair your studying sessions with habitica it might get even more interesting (as you love games).

    One last warning, dopamine detox is going to suck a lot during the initial days, but later it will get better.

    Habitca looks amazing,im checking it out,and i heard all about dopaime detox,but i never thought id have to do it, lets see how this works out,and im genetically blessed in a lot of things,thanks a lot

    End of day 7-today was kinda amazing,almost edged in the shower but stopped myself
    Spoiler alert if you don't want an urge-
    For the few minutes survival instinct took over my mind tried to think of actresses but i swear i couldn't,it was only a blurry vision,and for some h__tai stuff that I've viewed atleast a thousand images of couldn't do that either,concerning?
    Apart from that didn't workout today but plan to do so tomorrow, gonna try out dopaime detox and see how that goes,mental health was pretty good today and even socialized a bit,pretty decent day,2 days away from my highstreak,lets gooo

    And should I cut off music too or is that fine?

    Good if you cut off music (that's what a detox is meant to be). or You can use it as a reward (in control) after you complete your daily tasks (I listen to music at the end of the day.).

    Relapsed.

    Day 8/Day 0
    With the dopaime detox i realized how much time i had so i cleaned up my desk,my cupboard and my phone,found an app that shows movies,browsing through em i found an obvious adult movie i didn't watch it but i googled it,my mind tricked me thinking its curiousity when it was just tryna find dopamaine,came across nsfw even though i immediately closed it it was the reason i relapsed
    If somebody asked me what one factor caused this relapse, I'd say my weak willpower,if only it was stronger
    Well the deed has been done and there's nothing i can do except make sure I don't suffer from the after-relapse side effects
    Back to day 1 I guess

    Day 1-
    Small urges,was able to easily conquer them, extreme fatigue though and lack of motivation,i worked out yesterday but don't think i'll do it today apart from that social life is going good, still bad physcially and mentally though,i know what to do about my physical health but my mental health is a beast that's yet to be conquered,it'll lose one day though,I really want ADHD meds cuz they'd make life so much easier but i gotta get diagnosed first but parents refuse to get me diagnosed so that's annoying, school still sucks so does studying but atleast im doing it

    3rd april-End of day 2, ruined my streak horribly had an 8 day streak before i blew it up on the 1st, but guess there's no other option then learning from it and moving on,my mom has covid and we assume all of do too,i have no symptoms but we live together so nothing much I can do,got exams in 3 days,kinda studied but plan to copy anyway, depression and anxiety are pretty high considering the atmosphere inside the house but i guess im used to it by now,and im used to the feeling of just wanting to die every single freaking day but eh,body is a mess, didn't workout,eating like a racoon,gotta stop that and though my social life has never been better it feels horrible,anyhow im on meds rn and that's pretty much it
