Im new to this whole thing so is there anything you could let me know that can help stop the fap addiction lol.
Mainly i wanna quit cause i realise how much time it actually uses up, and the post-nut clarity really just hits hard afterwards.

Hey TKV, welcome to NoFap! It's great that you have recognized this as an area for improvement in your life. Getting though that first week is a real challenge, but I can tell you it gets easier with time! Stay strong and when you get urges you can tell yourself "No, I don't do that anymore. I have full control over myself." Then find something else to do like: take a walk, do some pushups, read a book, study something, or whatever. Just keep your mind away from what causes you to slip up.

Something else that really helped me out when I started was studying up on the harmful affects of pornography. Fight The New Drug is a really good organization that I recommend checking out.
