I would start focusing on putting yourself in a better place, or position to act before going hardcore nofap. If that means trying your best to get a job or whatever, so be it. I don't believe all out nofap is the best solution for everyone. Improve your situation first, then begin nofap whenever you are ready for it.

I was in a similar financial-fear situation at the start of my recover. Putting in work to change that did help me, but I was not mindful of the impact rejection had on me. It created almost a hopeless like feeling. I was able to get though it, but I wish I would have been able to watch for that before hand. Hope that helps a little. Feel free to reach out.
