Just Found Nofap, and im Going all in!

This is the first time I have written about my porn addiction; the only person in the world who knows about this addiction is my physiologist.
I am 42 years old, married +3 (all under six years of age).

And I have been struggling with porn addiction since the age of 12.

Porn has been my escape from life when I am alone; the first thing I usually do is open porn, and before I know it, I'm 4-5 hours straight looking for a specific scene that I'm not sure even exists so that I can cum.

In life, I didn't go to college, i never finished any course I took, and never held a job for more than 1-2 years.
but I had luck in life; I have a beautiful wife and kids.
And for the past two years, I also made a substantial amount of money from investments I took. Therefore, I work from home on my investments. That is until recently:

for the past months, 90% of all my savings have been gone.
All that I made left in stocks that went 90% down;
instead of doing something about it while it happened, I preferred to postpone making operational decisions and watch porn all day; I could easily spend 500$ a day on live streams or buy 20-30 videos on manyvids website.

I have tried so many times in my life to quit porn but never got to hold more than 5-6 days.

I have decided to give all I can to get out of the porn cycle, but I'm not sure how to do this, SA meetings in my country are only face2face, and I cannot tell my wife I'm going to these meetings becouse she is not aware of how serious my porn watching behavior is.

So i was looking for online meetings, and timezones are the exact hours i am home with my family or late at night.

I was looking further to find a solution and found nofap. I am in here for an hour, but I read some posts, and I feel this might be the first honest step for really quitting.

will appreciate any feedback with guidance to what is the best route. to really make this breakthrough.
