Just Found Out About "P.A.W.S", Do I have It and Are These It's Symptoms?

Crimson Heart

Fapstronaut
Brain fog, hard time falling asleep and staying alseep (insomnia?), no more sex drive, no more morning wood, daytime stress, daytime anxiety, mood swings, hard time controlling feelings (bipolar disorder?), no more motivation to do what I used to enjoy doing, constant feeling of hopelessness and doom (depression?) etc.

I should mention I was very addicted to porn and watched it almost everyday for the past 3 years, before that I watched it as well but not as much but I never struggled much with any of these things mentioned above, like for example I used to handle stress no problem, but now I can barely handle it on some days (depends on my mood swings)!

A lot of people will experience withdrawals when they quit porn, if they continue for an extended period of time(let's say three months or more) then you can begin to class it as post-acute withdrawal symptom. There's also the flatline, as well as the standard negative effects of watching porn in the first place. There's a lot of overlap between them all and it gets a bit confusing trying to attribute one symptom to one and one to another but at the end of the day it all comes back down to using porn and the only way out of them is to quit for good.

I wouldn't worry yourself over whether you have PAWS or not until you get a good time clean from this and see how you feel. Assuming your counter is correct then 15 days is way too early to conclude anything.

Actually its more like 49 days but I put my counter to 15 days because I relapsed 1 day 2 weeks ago and ejaculated to porn, isn't that how it works?

Yeah, you need to stay clean continuously if you're to reverse all of the negative effects. Some start to feel a lot better after a month or two, whilst others will take a lot longer. You'll only know once you get there.

It's almost been 2 months for now and I still feel awful most days, especially since I have insomnia now, but today I feel okay so far (I drank chamomille tea a few hours ago though)
